Overview

AFCO’S 42kW water-cooled enclosure system is the next-generation Extreme High-Density Water-Cooled Enclosure System.

These enclosure systems are engineered specifically for use with blade server applications today—and tomorrow. They take extreme high density to the next level with unprecedented performance and redundancy and the highest thermal rating of any AFCO redundant water enclosure to date: 42kW. 

The AFCO Water-Cooled System is built with extreme reliability, energy efficiency and control, utilizing a closed loop system that brings the cooling right to the load. This fully redundant design is built with two 42kW heat exchangers and four 1650 CFM fan assemblies, providing the most reliable, redundant system on the market today. In the AFCO tradition, this system has been designed to assimilate into current datacenter designs by sinking the heat exchangers into the raised floor, allowing easy accessibility to 42 RU worth of rack space, while providing extreme attention to a design that allows quick, simple serviceability.
